Storage |
Stores over 8,000 times, including select times. Need more? Buy more TimeMachines. You can easily store results for multiple small events in the timer before you'll need to clear the memory. |
|
Buttons |
Comes with 2 grip switches, can attach up to 10 with adapter ($150 for the adapter, $30 per grip switch). Score 2 separate chutes simultaneously with no extra cost. |
|
Cables |
Uses inexpensive telephone cable for external connections. For longer cables, just buy it (and/or connectors) from a department store. |
|
Flexible |
All buttons are programmable for different events and/or chutes. In triathlons, one button can be set for the swim, another for the bike, and the third for the run. In road races, one can be set for 5K finishers, and another for 10K. Buttons can be reprogrammed in the middle of an event, without turning off or restarting the timer! |
|
Batteries |
A long-lasting lithium coin cell battery keeps times in memory even after it's shut off. You can still download times from it weeks or months later. A separate power cell provides up to 20 hours of use. The power cell can be recharged even when a machine is in use. (Takes about 8 hours to recharge.) Replacement power cells can be purchased from most battery suppliers. You'll need a soldering iron to disconnect the power cell from the leads. |
|
Computer Connections |
Downloads to most timing software (such as ElfScore) directly, without typing! |
